Prices vary depending on the time of year between $90 - $125 per night ($ 630 - $875) per week. minimum 3 nights (but 2 nights last minute accepted within 2 weeks of booking dates) :

Long Term Stays (over 4 weeks) we have negotiable rates.
Our weekly price is irrespective of the number of people up to 6..
Book in time is after 2pm, day of arrival. Book out time is by 10 am day of departure.
Linen supplied. Full size refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker, stainless steel pots and pans, all crockery and cutlery, juicer, bread maker.
Laundry: washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
Tv, X-Box, DVD player, Video player, Radio
Air Conditioned, ceiling fans, or open windows with sea breezes from The Great Sandy Straits.
The Beds we have in the house are 1 x Queen, 1 x Double, 2 x Singles, + Cot (if needed).
Maximum 2 dogs. Must be registered with your council, fully vaccinated. All droppings to be picked up daily.
All floors are Ceramic Tiles and vinyl for hygiene and easy cleaning. Pets are allowed inside the house.

Deposit: $150 within 7 days of booking.
Balance: 2 weeks before start date of your booking
Payment: Direct deposit to our bank account number which will be sent to you by email.
Cancellations and Refund Policy.
This will depend upon how soon you cancel. 
Understand that what happens when we take your confirmed booking, is that we then knock back all other enquiries and bookings for that period to hold it for you.
If you then decide to cancel, we have lost our income for that period.
If we are able to fill your cancelled booking with another booking, then we will refund your full amount less small administration fee ($20).
However, if you cancel late and we cannot fill that vacancy that you cause, then we will refund half only. 
We suggest another way round this problem may be that you may be able to get a friend to take your vacancy and this way we will all be happy.
